This project involves the provision of new office space within the existing building envelope by the construction of a new mezzanine office space within the existing office accommodation. The provision of 40 new open plan desk spaces, six offices, break-out meeting spaces and the extension of existing disabled, male and female toilet facilities. The project also includes the extension of the existing reception entrance lobby to provide a Part M compliant entrance lobby and a more suitable entrance for an pharmaceutical facility of this scale. The project was constructed in a single phase over a 12 week period and included for the staff decantation and the provision of temporary staff accommodation during the works.
We are currently involved in a number of other live projects in the Amneal Ireland Plant. These include various operations and laboratory expansion plans, site masterplan and concept studies.
